Welcome to Day 3! By now, you’ve started to uncover where your career might be misaligned based on burnout and values. Today, we’re going to look at your strengths—the unique skills, talents, and abilities that make you shine in the workplace. When you align your career with your strengths, work becomes more engaging and enjoyable.
Practical Tips:
Identify Your Strengths: Think about tasks that come naturally to you, the compliments you often receive, or the work you can do with ease. These are your strengths.
Ask for Feedback: Sometimes we overlook our own strengths. Ask a colleague or friend what they see as your top skills and talents.
Align Tasks with Strengths: Review your daily work tasks and see how they align with your strengths. Are you using them enough, or is there a disconnect?

How often do I get to use these strengths in my current role?
How might a career that fully leverages my strengths feel different?
